Original cost estimate was for exterior trim.
They power washed the exterior and inspected for needed paint repair.
Eves and stucco prep and paint were required and added to the job.
Several 60 year old wood frame windows were badly in need of repair due to termite damage.
Ron Benveniste. owner and manager of RB Painting, checked in every day to guide the work and he personally reinforced a rotted window sash and replaced 2 sash balance mechanisms. Also 4 cracked window panes were replaced.
We have hired RB 3 times now and are pleased with the performance of his people. Ron has always been amenable to fixing the things that come up to avoid waiting on another contractor to bid and fix non-painting problems.
