They were excellent and did a great job. They were knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They cleaned everything after the work was done.

They were fine. They installed things properly and the quality of the water is terrific. The price was pretty expensive in retrospect. They come back to replace the filters, which costs about $75 for each visit.

Great. The tech, Ed, came and spent an hour and a half with us going through how it worked and showing us (and the kids) what our city water was like, by showing us some water experiments. It was fun for the kids and very eye opening for us.

The company sent a water specialist or water technician to our home to test our water for free. The technician came with a silver briefcase that was like a laboratory inside and tested our water right from our kitchen sink. Our kids got involved, too, and loved what they called a "scientific experiment". He did 7 or 8 different tests and was in our home for 2 hours (well, my husband is an engineer so he had LOTS of questions. I am kind of glad he was there, because otherwise I couldn't really evaluate them). In his briefcase, he also had a miniature of their RainSoft water treatment system. He explained about how it works and actually put our tap water through the miniature system and showed us how the clean water compares with the tap water. Then he showed us how our tap water affects our family, our home and budget. It was obvious that the RainSoft water would be healthier for our family. The amazing part was that he showed us how some of the money we are spending at other companies would pay for the system and still have money in our pocket. The installer that came to install the units was very thorough and first he explained to me where is the best place to install all the unit outside and inside and gave me ample time before he shuts off the water for about an hour and then thoroughly went over how each part of the system works and what to expect, etc. I was very impressed about how he cleaned up after the install was over as if he'd never been there. It has been a couple of months after the installation and the clean water has been everything they said it would be. We love the system and don't know how we did without it all these years.
