Pat was terrific! She suggested I get an upgraded OSX, but fortunately warned me not to get the latest version (Snow Leopard) because it would not work on my particular Mac. She installed new RAM on my computer as well as OS 10.5. She also did some other things, not sure what, but I feel like I have a new computer. It does everything I want it to do. Pat is terrific and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She really knows her stuff and is also a very nice person. She will be my first call the next time I need help with my computer.
Description of Work: I am a real estate broker and the new offer software with al of our forms on it would not work on my office computer. (It's a 4 year old iMac). It was also operating at a snails pace and kept freezing up on me. I was totally frustrated and thought there was nothing I could do but buy a new computer, but before I did that a friend recommended her life saver: Dr. Pat Dengler. (She's also a chiropractor.)
