 + -1 moreBarbara, with whom I was in direct communication, was very prompt in her replies to all my questions. She was very professional and polite. Overall, high satisfaction. One minor thing that was confusing was that Time Warner Business Class people did the actual installation. It was never clearly explained to me why this was the case. But, I was very happy and satisfied with their work and professionalism as well. Monthly price is a little on the high side, but I chose Netwood because of their prompt customer service and quality internet service.
Description of Work: Installed internet for home use.
