MGM AUTO BODY

The staff at MGM were very friendly and helpful. As soon as the part came in, they called me to let me know. I was able to bring my car in the next day for the part to be replaced, and pick it up at the end of that day. The service was good quality and efficient.
My suggestion for MGM to provide better service would be to call the customer when the car is ready. I waited all day for a call back, and when I called, I found out that the car had been ready for some time.

I scraped and dented the rear passenger side of my car on a parking pole at the mall. I took my car to MGM Auto Body since my Dad has used them many times over the years and was always happy with the price, work, and the service he received from them. My Dad was sure right about MGM Auto Body. They did a beautiful job on my car and charged me a fair price. When I got my car back from them, I noticed that they even fixed a couple of minor scratches I had on other parts of my car without my asking for free!! Hopefully, I won't need to ever have body work done on my car again, but if I do, I will definitely take my car back to MGM Auto Body.

They did an great job for the hood and the roof of the automobile and matched it very well, that when you are standing from a distance you cannot tell that it was painted - except that it looks slightly newer because there are no scratches as like the older parts of the automobile. I did not want to do the entire car since the factory paint job is the best. After talking with Earl Scheib and Maaco Automobile centers and other dealership Body Centers - they did the quality work that matched the workmanship that I expected. I have seen the other auto body centers and was not happy with their work or their paint (they did not include the clear coat as MGM Auto Body had in their quote). Without the clear coat on top of the paint, I can tell that the color starts to wear off after one year. They took longer to get it done, but as long as they did the excellent job, I am happy. They are very, very busy with insurance companies that bring the cars into their shop; that they are pretty overwhelmed with work - so it will take longer than they state is the probability but nevertheless, the workmanship is excellent. In my case, they were not happy with the first job, and they went back to redo some a portion of the car -- so that is the reason why they took longer to get it ready. They really care about It and they are busy -- so my guess that they run behind because they are particular. I picked up the car after the hood and the roof was done to use it while the color for the bumper is being shipped to them to match it. Will bring it into the shop again after one week.
