The main guy is Bob and they are absolutely fantastic. They are hardworking, honest and inexpensive, and I adore them. A friend of mine who is a realtor recommended them to me. It has been the same people that been working with Bob for years. I love them.

The carpet cleaner arrived on time. They assessed the situation and knew exactly how to clean it. The owner came also to supervise the work. They cleaned the carpet and even removed some stains on the hallway carpet at no extra charge. We were concerned about the length of time it would take for the carpet to dry. In response, they left large fans to blow on the carpet to dry it faster. They came back the next day to pick them. We were very pleased with their work.

On the day of the job, they arrived on time. They set up their equipment and used plastic corner plates to protect the corners of our walls so they would not get damaged. I thought that was very thorough on their part. They put Styrofoam blocks under the furniture so the carpet would dry more completely. They told us to leave the blocks in place for a few days. At the end of the job, they left us with 2 pairs of shoe coverings to place on our shoes so we would not soil the carpet while it was drying - another nice gesture.

I'VE USED MR. HAMILTON MORE THAN ONCE. IT SOMETIMES TAKES A FEW DAYS TO GET A RETURN CALL FROM HIM (HE SEEMS TO BE QUITE BUSY), BUT ONCE AN APPOINTMENT IS MADE, HE APPEARS WITHIN A HALF-HOUR OF HIS APPOINTMENT TIME. HE IS A VERY AIMIABLE MAN, AND HE AND HIS CREW ARE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. EACH TIME, THEY HAVE MOVED ALL FURNITURE FOR ME, AND RETURNED IT TO ITS PROPER PLACE AFTER CARPET CLEANING. THEY ONLY USE ORGANIC AND NATURAL CLEANING SOLVENTS, SO I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY FAMILY INHALING DANGEROUS CHEMICALS. THE COST IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK THEY DO.
