About us

At Lotfi & Associates we offer over 25 years of experience in engineering and analysis. We provide structural design and calculation for varius residential buildings including: Retaining walls Hillside Foundation Decks, Patio cover and other backyard structures We provide construction support, structural observations and reports. In addition, we provide Civil Engineering services design and analysis for new site development, grading, erosion and drainage plans. All design and analysis will be completed for submittal to the local City for applicable permits. What makes us apart is that we pay close attention to each client giving them one on one service and advise them in their needs.

I found them to be competent and extremely helpful. They took the initiative to check up on the project until their part was complete giving me a lot of comfort that the plans were being followed correctly and that the home would be sound after the wall removal was complete.

A professional and back up his work. The city request one change and Lotfi accomadated. We paid after the project was approved by the city.

Is very responsive to the needs for engineering service for residential construction. He is very familiar with the process of obtaining a building permit. If you need an engineer definitely give him a call.
