I called Lewis, left a message and he promptly returned my call. I asked if he could come over the following day, however he suggested he could come by late afternoon that same day, which was great. Lewis arrived exactly on time and knew immediately what needed to be done. My husband is very handy and fixes most of our household problems but was stumped by this one. Lewis didn't have the part with him, went to a hardware store which didn't have it, so he went home where he had the right part. He came back and completely fixed the problem. He is a very nice man as well. Only issue was the price. I felt it was high for less than 30 minutes of work, including the trip to get the part. However I do not have a lot of experience with electricians so it may have been spot on for all I know.

We were pleased with this company. They were a fine company to deal with. We had no problems communicating with them or interacting with them. We found them to be polite and mannerly. We would tell others that they are a good company. I can not specifically recall what we paid for this service. I would guess it was about 400 dollars.
