I originally found JTS after observing one of his challenging jobs in progress. Then I asked one of my neighbors, a high-end contractor who builds homes in Malibu and who sits on our HOA board, to critique JTS framing as that job was in the framing stage. Based on this check I asked JTS to bid and subsequently worked with him for some 5 months on my home. This job is finished, but I plan to use him for another job in the future. I recommended him to another neighbor for a job and it was completed in markedly short time as she had no other place to live upon returning from an overseas assignment.

This company did a great job. They were very conscientious about their quality of their work. They are also very friendly and personable. They had good suggestions about how to improve some of the projects.
