"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed] and prospective views, We have completed multiple jobs for Ms. [Member Name Removed] including a solar system, insulation, a pool, and had signed on cement work, but were unable to finance her because she refused to provide proper documentation. Ms. [Member Name Removed] has also decline our assistance in completing the proper paperwork for Southern California Edison to connect her solar panel system to the grid. After a call from her loan officer inquiring as to why it is not connected, six months after the job completion, we had to explain that she refused our help. It is very saddening to hear that a long time customer who we cherish has provided a harsh review such as this. We value all our customers with high regard and want to address any issues they may have. It is incredibly important to us that our customers feel the utmost satisfaction and gratification in the work we have completed.
