They were good. They came on time and they were courteous. I was treated respectfully. Price was right and they did what they said they will gonna do.

The plumber showed up on time, was very professional and did the work quickly.

They came for both incidents the next morning after my call and fixed it. The pipe outside was leaking after a week again, and when I called them, they sent their guy back the next day early, and he fixed it. We have been using Riordan Plumbing for a few years now, and always found them to be responsive and do good work.

Great. We got quotes from a couple plumbers, and the other business mixed up the appointment time, and gave us a very high quote. Riordan's plumbing was professional, communicative, and sent someone over right away. They snaked our drains and identified a leaky toilet and gave us a reasonable price to fix the problem (replacing flanges and other toilet materials). Easy to schedule and happy with the work.

within 48 hours the fittings on the pump failed and flooded my garage. I had to pressure them to cover the cost of the remediation of the water damage. They sent a second plumber who declared that the installation was not done right. After the second plumber replaced the fittings and reinstalled the pump the leak was gone but hot water has never circulated. They refused to come back and diagnose and fix.

The dispatcher made an appointment for the same day I called. The plumber did the job within less than an hour of arriving, pulled up a wad of roots and left the area clean and neat. We've used Riordan many times for jobs ranging from routine maintenance to major repairs, and they are always prompt, thorough and professional.

Ken is the man! Experienced. Very professional. And great with the explanations of the problem and solutions. It's hard to find companies and people who genuinely care about what they do. I would definitely use Ken and his company again.

Everything from contacting them and scheduling an appointment to having the project completed, they were very professional! They were on time, and took the extra time to clean up when they were done. There was an issue with the water shutoff under the sink which they repaired.

John Riordan Plumbing was a referred to me by another plumbing company. The other company referred Riordan as a reputable company. They were at my house in hour and after letting me know that I didn't need any new parts, there was no charge. That made my day. I will use both companies. What amazing customer service and a way to build long term business year after year. Thanks to Drain Unlimited and Riordan Plumbing!!

We had this plumber out to snake a toilet that was backing up into our house in early fall. About six weeks later, the problem reocurred and they came out to fix it again.
The good parts of the service: they picked up the phone, understood how bad the flow was, and really put in an effort both times to get someone out as quickly as possible. All interactions were very professional and courteous, and the service visits and phone calls were as promised and very punctual. This part could not have been better.
Unfortunately, I can't really recommend this company because they didn't stand by their work. The clog was pushed further down the pipe rather than permanently opened up, and it all backed up again a few weeks later. Even though we'd been led to believe that the second service would be to finish the job we already paid for, we were billed a second time. Nobody explained this before performing the service, and getting a second bill in the mail was an unwelcome surprise. When we protested, the company claimed that it wasn't really fixing the previous problem again because the clog had moved to a different part of the pipe.
We really were happy with the customer-facing parts of the service, but if we have more plumbing problems we will try a different company.

Superb experience.   Called the company; they had a team over to my place within 30 minutes.  Very professional.  I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.  In fact, based on this experience,this is the only company that I would use for my plumbing needs.

It went well. They were good, timely, neat and they did a good job. They were just professional and seemed to be good. They were not cheap and not overly expensive.

The experience was excellent. The back office was quick and responsive to the call. They sent the plumber Richard who had prior experience with the plumbing of the house. Within one hour the entire job was done. Also, no mess was created. In conclusion, everything  was excellent.

This plumber has a problem.
He needs to hire more employees.
He could not provide service til Monday.
I had to call another plumber who serviced the problem in a few hours.
