Jeff Harris Plumbing was recommended by a friend a few years ago.  At that time he replaced some bad pipes in my home and did an excellent job.  Today he installed a new furnace and solved a problem with heating ducts that weren't working.  Jeff and his crew have always been prompt, polite, and professional.  I was literally stunned by the one negative review here!  Having owned a multi-state service business for many years, with extremely high standards, I'm very appreciative of Jeff's integrity and "old school" commitment to "customer service".  I would never hesitate to recommend him highly!!

What should have taken a couple of hours (especially with three people working) took 6. I only hired Jeff b/c of Angie's big deal and recommendation that he was so "highly rated," As you can see there are only two ratings. there was another of a D saying that the person had called to set up an appt,\ after buying the big deal, but Jeff never called back.(don't know why this was removed) I have never worked with such unskilled "handymen". I had to explain how to do most of the work and even argued with Jeff over how to fix the toilet, and I was in the right even though he is supposed to be a licensed plumber. when I looked them up online, their company didn't exist. Also, Jeff would leave for hours at a time (supposedly to go to Home Depot down the street) I called Angie's list to complain, but their basic philosophy was that they weren't responsible and apparently weren't concerned with the fact that this may very well be a bogus company and that they (Angie's List) recommended them based on very little proof of quality and no proof that they are legitimate. Jeff stated that he had a license but after some checking, it didn't exist and i noticed that Angie's list removed that Jeff did have a license. I'm deeply disappointed by more in Angie's List. They steered me to a sham of company and then take no responsibility for it. A manager was supposed to call me back, but i'm still waiting.

jeff was on time..surveyed what needed to be done..he had to go to home depot to get what was needed, brought to me the sales slip..he had to stay longer than 3 hours, but explained why.. he did little talking while he worked..i was very satisfied with jeff and would use him again. he cleaned eveything before he left..i checked it all very good job

HE CAME HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND WHEN I CALLED FOR FOLLOW UP HE WAS VERY PROMPT. HE WAS REALLY A VERY GOOD PLUMBER. HE DOES A QUALITY WORK.
