"The work that we perform is always done with the utmost quality, professionalism and attention to detail. All of our estimates and invoices itemize ALL labor and materials so that it is very clear to our clients what they are paying for. We made 5 different trips to work on the property and the client was billed for the hours that were worked at the same rate as the initial installation a year prior and was charged a fair price for the plants and materials used. The bill was reduced as an attempt at compromise, not because the client was angry."
"I'm not sure why we received such a low rating if our quality of work was good and completed within budget, everything looks great and we did everything the client asked us to do. We preformed good work not only initially but continuously through the end of the project, as we always do. Since no issue was brought to our attention during the project we felt that we had exceeded yet another customer's expectations. Personal issues with the owner of a company does not degrade the quality of work, attention to detail and professionalism of the work being completed but not every client appreciates this."
