Appliance Sale
The purchase was bad. But, this is to be expected from Best Buy. However, the install was excellent. The men were quick and professional.

I GO THERE OFTEN. SOMETIMES WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STORE IS HARD TO GET SERVICE SOMETIMES. THEY LOST BUSINESS FROM ME ONE TIME BECAUSE I STOOD AROUND FOR 20 MINUTES. I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

IT IS A GOOD SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER REALLY HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. IT'S THE ONLY TIME WE HAVE USED THEM FOR THE COMPUTER SERVICE, BUT EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS FINE.

AS MUCH MONEY AS I PAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, I WAS TREATED LIKE ANY OTHER CUSTOMER. I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE WITH MY COMPUTER FOR OVER AN HOUR BEFORE A TECHNICIAN EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS WAITING. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM FAIRLY EASY, BUT THE WAIT WAS RIDICULOUS.

IT WAS LOUSY. THE SERVICE WAS TOO SLOW. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY AT A CERTAIN TIME AND IT WASN'T. IT WAS TOO COSTLY. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD TOO MANY KIDS WORKING THERE.
