Focus Point Communications

I found them on Angie's List. I was quite happy with them. I was told that their expertise is not really electrical, but more on sound systems. But they responded to my call as far as electrical work. The technician was very helpful. As a matter of fact, I am moving out of my area and moving into Palos Verdes, so I told him that I am going to contact him again when I am ready to move out, so that they can fix the rest of the electrical issues in my place. Their professionalism was good. I am very conscious about time; he was very punctual. He was right there on time, and he was very respectful. He really catered to my needs, because he came after office hours. He had to go to another store himself to get the materials he needed, and he came back. After a couple of days, the owner of the company called me just to make a follow up about the service and everything, which really impressed me. I really felt taken care of.

While the job was performed after office hours, the technician (Rudy) was nice enough to go to Home Depot to get the part he needs, and finished the job. I was very impressed with his punctuality, professionalism and accomodation.

Louis and his associates at Focus Point where amazing to work with. We wanted to get our home wired for internet and called him for a bid. He put together a very reasonable bid, in a timely manner, answered all of our questions and was very easy to get a hold of. Once we hired him, we set an appointment and they were right on time. Their work was great and they were the upmost professionals. About half way through the job, they hit a snag due to unexpected complications in our crawl space under the house. It wound up taking them a few hours longer than anticipated, through no fault of their own. I mention this because despite this snag, they remained professional and courtious the entire time. They never complained, asked for overtime, or so much as even frowned. Instead, they completed the work, exceeding our expectations in quality and workmanship. I would hire them again in a heart beat and referre them to anyone needing similar work. Thanks Louis!!!

Overall, all went extremely well. The company was punctual, first and foremost. The technician was very professional. Focus Point Communications had to run one voice and one data line to the entertainment room, and three data cables to office.Focus Point Communications installed RJ-45 Data Jacks and RJ-11 Voice Jacks. We were please with the quality of work.
