Our neighbors had a good experience with him, but we had just the opposite. Things started out all right for the first few months, but then progress began to drag out. His progress between meetings was less and less and he started to come to meetings late and then miss them altogether. There was always an excuse, becoming more unbelievable as time went by. I had to do all the work with the city. He blamed them for being unreasonable. Actually, it was him. He became argumentative and difficult to communicate with. In the end, after he disappeared for almost 3 months, I fired him. He produced no usable computerized documents in the end (he claimed he didn't believe in using them) and I had to start over from scratch with another architect. I would never ever use him or his construction company again. It was a lot of money down the drain and a waste of almost a year.
