They are very professional. You pick your natural color and the color you want to be, and they mix a special mixture for you alone that will change the color. The color lasts so much longer than any other product at the store. You can email them to tell them that you want a change and the colorist gets back to you with the information you need. The cost is only $19.95 and you can sign up for automatic shipments at any interval that you wish. The coloring process is very easy and takes only 20-30 minutes. It's wonderful and the price is perfect. No more paying the outrageous prices in the salon. You can do it yourself at home and get exactly the color you want.
