Dennis is the nicest guy, and very punctual and reasonable. He was on time for the appointment; up front about what needed to be done; and, after at first thinking we would need to replace our garage door operator, he was able to rehabilitate rest of the door well enough that he suggested not replacing the operator and saving some money. The door works great and we're super-happy with Dennis' help. This is the guy to call when your garage door needs fixing.

Dennis is the best. Always responsive and punctual. Does great work at a fair price. He is congenial and concientious. We are never happy to have things break at any of our properties but we are glad to work with great tradespeople like Dennis.

I left him a message, he called right back. Said he would come over in the after noon and did exactly that.

He fixed the door on the spot. He fixed an external remote instead of replacing it, so saving some money for me. He had everything he needed with him, found the cause of a strange popping sound, and was done in less than an hour. Prompt and courteous, I would use him again.

No one else has even suggested this before. The price was reasonable and included a couple new remotes and he was able to program both vehicles to open the garage door. He has been in business since 1977 and he does all of the work himself. The door works beautifully and is very quiet and he did a super job.

I was referred to Otterbein when I called my regular garage door company (they were on vacation and left Otterbein's number for emergencies). Via phone, he told me the cost of replacing the springs would probably range from $175-195. When he came and saw that my garage is 2 1/2 cars wide, he had to return to his shop and get the bigger springs. He was very friendly, explaining everything that was being done.
