 + 3 moreCurtis' brother Scott handles day-to-day supervision at the job site, and Curtis is the business manager. Our experience with them was excellent! They were always honest and forthright. They were willing to do what they could to minimize disruptions of our life, warn us when that would be impossible, fulfill all our requests, and make our experience as positive as possible. I'm not an expert, but the quality of work seems high, and they willingly fixed they few spots where there were problems. We started work in August 2006, with completion scheduled for January 2007, but they actually got done early, in mid-December. They apparently use the same subcontractors a lot, ones who they know do good work. They are not cheap, for sure, but not way out of line with some other bids we got, and their estimates were pretty accurate. Partly they cost more because they use better-quality subcontractors so they don't have to come back and fix things later. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Curtis Grant was general contractor for a major remodel of our home. We added about 500 square feet (a study and a family room), reconfigured parts of the existing house, got all-new roof, stucco, paint and windows, a new driveway and sidewalk, and more.
