no one was hurt, and I now know enough never to go to Culver City again.
I think that sums it up: they do a pretty good job of finding things to fix that they can bill the national Volvo people, and not so good and finding out what else is going on with your car. They are prompt. They do give you a free rental every time your bill is going to be more than $250 (which is every time).

It's pretty good. It's basically a dealer with service included. They are more oriented in moving people in and out, not holding anybody's hand. They are alright.

This company is a family ran business. I have been using their services for 20 years. Their prices are in line. The pricing does not hurt me and does not hurt them either. It is a win/win situation. In all of the years, they have stood behind their work. Their follow-up is outstanding as they want to make certain the vehicle is in good working order and that customer satisfaction is achieved. They work on foreign and domestic vehicles. Their mechanics are very qualified.
