 + -1 moreno one was hurt, and I now know enough never to go to Culver City again. I think that sums it up: they do a pretty good job of finding things to fix that they can bill the national Volvo people, and not so good and finding out what else is going on with your car. They are prompt. They do give you a free rental every time your bill is going to be more than $250 (which is every time).
Description of Work: Over the past few years I have been going to Culver City Volvo to service my 2004 S60. They kept sending me these special discount cards, and I kept thinking, wow, look at all the money I'm saving. Plus, the car was under extended warranty, so everytime they found something BIG to fix (every time) I was in awe of what a great deal the warranty was. The things I would report they would fix, except for one big one. The front wheels would make funny grinding sounds when turning particularly wide. Oh, said the mechanic, I can adjust that, that's easy to fix but, he said, that's also the way it's been designed to stop you from overturning. He adjusted the tires, and the noise lessened. Okay, thought I, things are looking good. The extended warranty ran out and six months later, I hit a little bump in the road going 5 miles an hour (literally not figuratively) and the WHEEL goes flying off the axle. The repair guys say, oh, the wear and tear on this bearing finally snapped your axle. Oh, like someone should have spotted the wear and tear, like maybe the mechanics who have been "maintaining" my car for the past five years? Thankfully,

 + -1 moreThis company is a family ran business. I have been using their services for 20 years. Their prices are in line. The pricing does not hurt me and does not hurt them either. It is a win/win situation. In all of the years, they have stood behind their work. Their follow-up is outstanding as they want to make certain the vehicle is in good working order and that customer satisfaction is achieved. They work on foreign and domestic vehicles. Their mechanics are very qualified.
Description of Work: I had an oil change completed on my Toyota Corolla by this company.
