If Culver City Toyota weren't right across from my office, I probably would go elsewhere. This location is no longer called Miller Toyota but rather Culver City Toyota and is owned by the "LA Car Guy." I've had previous experiences with dealers and service centers owned by the same group and they have not been great. 
For the most part, my service has been OK, albeit a bit pricey, but I've come to expect dealer service centers to be pricey. After getting about $3000 worth of services, I went back about a month later to have two tires replaced and they quoted me about twice what they're worth off the rack, not including installation. And this is after I spent thousands with them? No thanks. As with any other service professionals, I have to trust that they aren't taking advantage of my ignorance. 
Overall, I'd say they'd service your Toyota or Honda to the manufacturer's standards but they're clearly not willing to foster a continued relationship with their customers. This is what I've come to expect from the LA Car Guy family of dealers and service departments, as I've also had a terrible experience with Santa Monica Volkswagen. I will continue to take my car here, but only after I've double and triple checked prices elsewhere.

I emailed the internet manager and directly asked "Do you have such-and-such model with such-and-such package on your lot that I can test drive?" She answered "yes". But when I got there a half hour later, there was no such car, not even the right model year. They told me "we can show you a 2013, it's exactly the same car", and so I took the test drive. But it is NOT exactly the same car I'm looking for--it didn't have the relevant package of upgrades.
I never got an apology for making a trip for nothing, I never got an explanation for why they lied to me, and the salesman who did the test drive did not know how the features worked on the model I originally asked about, which he has apparently never seen, since they've apparently never had one on the lot.
Don't go here, they are totally unprofessional.

Unbeknownst to me, Miller Toyota was sold to Culver City Toyota
I had been a customer of Miller Toyota for years and had trusted them to service my car.  On the very first day under the NEW owners, CULVER CITY TOYOTA,  I went in to the Service dept. with a "check engine" light.   Their diagnosis was that I needed a transmission replacement and starter motor replacement, estimate $3800, on a car with 36,000 miles on it. No one would tell me what the specific problems were, just that there were "issues" that needed fixing.
I said to do the starter motor, but I needed to wait a month for the transmission.  On my way to retrieve the car, I got a call that the tech had made a mistake, and the starter motor didn't need any work after all, so my total bill was $0--at least they didn't charge me for the diagnosis.
I went online and found a transmission place that had excellent reviews and took my car there.  The transmission solenoid was bad--total repair cost of under $400.

The facility is very clean and comfortable.  They performed the scheduled work and washed the car before returning it.  My only complaint was that I asked that they change the computer settings so that not all the car doors opened when the car was turned off...I wanted only the driver's door to unlock.  We were told we'd have to bring it back to the original dealer, or pay $60 to have the work performed at this location.  If we'd known ahead of time, we probably would have driven to the other dealer.

Miller Toyota saved me about 50% off what even the "low cost," non-Toyota mechanics around the area quoted.I could not be happier with this dealership's service.  My car is almost 12 years old, and I will take it for it's geriatric check-ups to Miller.

They kept having me bring my car back in and taking thousands of dollars but never figuring out what the problem was. I got tired of it and went somewhere else. I would take my car in for oil changes, when I would get it home there would be oil dripping out of the bottom of my car. They were not cleanly or professional with minimal quality.

I brought my car into Mike Miller on a Saturday requesting an oil change and a check of the power steering fluid because I heard a "loud noise" every time I made turns - especially when the car was cold. After completing a full diagnostic exam I was told that the "loud noise" was caused by a leaking and broken rack-and-pinion steering column (?) - and I needed an oil change :). My sick 15-year old Corolla was immediately committed for emergency surgery. All the leaks, repairs and changes would take at least 3 days to repair - the entire weekend +1. My service technician, Greg, told me not to worry since Toyota would provide a leased car nearly free of charge until my car was repaired and returned. Then I knew I was in good hands - and so was my Corolla.

Every time I took it in, it seemed like the work grew. If I told them to fix one thing, they tried to fix like 5 other things so they could make more money. Even though they are close to my house, I would rather drive the extra distance to another mechanic so I know that I am not being ripped off.

I think they are very competitive and their prices are very reasonable. They will take my car as a walk in which means I don t have call in for an appointment. The service guys are very nice and they always greet me with a warm smile. They are really nice people to deal with.

This is where I bought my vehicle and they have done an excellent job of maintaining my vehicle for me. They are a little pricey, however I feel like the service here is extremely reliable and they have always been very good to me. The staff here is very professional, takes the time to explain things to me and seems to be knowledgeable about what they are doing.
