Conover Plumbing

The service went well. This company is good with remodels and repairs.

We have a small historic home, built 1927. The first heating was installed in the late 40s in the floor. Todd was able to rebuild this unit, sourcing sheet metal work and rebuilding several parts, then crawling into the very shallow crawl space under the house to replace the old unit with the rebuilt. It was very hard to find anyone who could do this work. I think it took a top level tradesman, with experience and willingness. We do not like forced air and had no wall space to devote to it anyway, so we preferred to rebuild in this instance, and Todd made it happen.  

This weekend my daughter flushed something down the toilet, so the toilet was sluggish with flushing. I called Conover Plumbing first thing Monday morning. Erin the receptionist was very friendly and promised someone would be by that morning. Later that morning Todd arrived and de-clogged the toilet. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use this company again.

Todd and his crew were very punctual, professional, and got the job done which the other plumber could not.  
I keep telling my husband that baby wipes are not flushable but  he doesn't listen..... hence my need for a good plumber.  After one plumber failed to do the job ( within a day of the repair) I called Conover Plumbing after a friend recommended them.  They were out within an hour and did an incredible job. I highly recommend them.  Now only if I could train my husband not to flush the "unflushables"!!! :)

When I first saw the plumbing for our new bathrooms, I was shocked to see how beautiful it is!  Todd and his apprentice were always on-time and thorough.  They even crawled around under the house during pouring rain (and got sopping wet) to help meet an inspection schedule.  Todd always answers the phone and visits every job site himself: no surprise strangers.  The area building inspector knows him by name and said that it always makes him feel confident in the overall job when homeowners choose great contractors like Todd.  Great job from start to finish.

We have used their services before. They do good work. They seem to be reliable and they show up when they say they will. They clean up after themselves, have reasonable prices and we are satisfied.
