 + 2 moreWe were referred to Juan Serrano and his company, Carpet Guys, by previous customers. Juan took the time to explain the work he would be doing, how long it would take, and all the costs involved. On both jobs he brought numerous samples and thoroughly explained all the types, styles and varieties available an what would be coming out in the future from his distributor. He answered all our questions and we felt very confident in hiring him. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, cleaned up when they were done each day and took care of our home while working in it. We are very pleased and satisfied with the work Juan has done for us. We compared Carpet Guys to others and all those fliers you get in the mail. Juan wasn t afraid of the competition. We feel we got a great deal in material, labor costs and we didn t feel pressured to hire him. We have another home improvement project (tile and molding) scheduled for next year & won t hesitate to use Juan & his company again.
Description of Work: We have used Carpet Guys on two occasions. First time was to remove the old carpet and padding and install new carpet and padding in a condo we were selling. The second time was to install hardwood floors with moisture barrier, tile, baseboards and crown molding in a home we bought. They also trimmed the interior doors to size, to fit better with the new flooring.
