CANCUN POOL & SPA SVC

Bought new Home and Cancun was already familiar with our pool, so we went with them. First time I owned a pool so I didn't know what I was getting into. They charged 100 a month which was Ok. We have a salt water pool and I learned months later that they had been adjusting the salinity levels completely wrong. About 2 months into servicing our pool the owner sent his older brother who was in his late 60's to clean our pool. He barely spoke any English. And months later the pool started developing a strange odor and a yellow fungus type substance was on the side of the pool. Obviously mishandled the salt levels...and when I told him this was unacceptable he didn't apologize and told me to get another cleaner. Unprofessional and disrespectful businessman. would suggest not hiring him.
