BEST DEAL FINE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

The operator and his assistant seemed pleasant enough when they walked through the door.  But I should have kicked them out when they tried to up sale me for carpet stream/scrubbing and deodorizing.  A $50 dollar job was now going to be $120.  I only agree to the partial up sale, in which high traffic areas in the living room would receive scrubbing.  I agreed to $80.00 for this service.  The actual cleaning part went OK except they advertised a 2-3 hour dry time.  The carpet actually took 2 full days to dry...and the temperature inside my house was hot enough the facilitate drying.  They were in the house for about 40 minutes to complete this job.
Reasons why I cant recommend :  When they left I found a big fur ball of my dogs hair on the front lawn. (sucked up by their equipment)  They did not bother to put this in the trash can.  The second reason I cant recommend is a biggy...I discovered that my wood molding around the entry door had been marred, this was apparently due to their suction hoses rubbing up against the molding....this is very careless.  I had to sand and paint  to fix this because it looked so bad after they left.  The worst part is, I called the business to tell them what they had done and they never returned my phone call.

We weren't prepared when they got there. They had no problem moving the furniture out of the way and did a great job cleaning.

Considering the age of the carpet, they did an amazing job. They were very polite and professional. They seemed to have done a fine job. We didn't expect them to work miracles. They didn't come at the beginning of the timeframe that they gave us, but it wasn't a big problem.

They have always sent out the same tech so I always know who I am getting. He has always been nice to deal, a nice man and does extremely good work. I have more hardwood floors so they typically have done more rug cleaning for me. I would highly recommend them.
