 + -1 moreI have been having problems with America Online. My home computer connection will not connect to the internet. When i sign on to America Online it reads "not connected". I am still able to read my E-Mail on occasion but most of the time I have trouble with my internet connection. I also have had trouble with their customer services because I am never able to get a hold of an actual person. All they have is an online help button but i have never been able to speak with an actual person.
Description of Work: America Online is my internet service provider.
