Phil Joy House Moving & Leveling is an independent heavy construction and management debris company. He is very open about what he will do and how much it will cost. It is an old house and it needed leveling and at one point he came to the house and decided that it would be just too expensive for me if he did it and he told me that he would provide the tools and the dumpster for me to do it. The best thing about the dumpster was that it was a closed dumpster.That to me was far superior than the local allied waster where you get an open dumpster and God knows you are responsible for what goes in it. This guy was very responsible with where he put it on the street and it was required that I lock it up every night and keep it closed and he came and picked it up with no hassle and I have nothing to complain about with that kind of service. His big businesses is to pick up buildings and move them.
