The owners son came out to perform the work but he seemed like he was not very knowledgeable. I asked him to pull the pipe back to make sure that it would not disrupt the water main. While doing the work he broke my faucet and did not offer to replace it or take any money off the job. He did not have to dig because everything was above ground. They wanted to charge me $75 but I was able to convince them to do the job for $50 only if I paid cash. I called the owner and he was very rude to me. He got extremely defensive and seemed to take offensive to everything I said. All I wanted was an estimate and a receipt for what was done. Very unprofessional.
