VIGIL APPLIANCE REPAIR

John has very good communication with his customers, i was in communication in previous days to see how much his cost is to come and repair it. John gave me an up front price of how much is service fee is going to be just for going there ($40) which is normal and would not give an estimate over the phone because he was unsure of what needed to be fixed.
So i agree to go with him and when he came by he knew what was wrong with it and what needed to be replace.  He described what needed to be done and how long it will take.  He broke down the price of the part and his labor charge
Overall im pretty satisfied with his service and professionalism.  Im unsure if this was expensive job or not, but seems to be fair overall. 
I found him through craigslist but was unsure, until i read a response from angies's list.

After checking everything, John found our A/C to be low on freon by about 3 pounds (which we rather suspected as this happened several years ago as well). He replenished the freon and it immediately fixed the problem! AND, as well as fixing the freon problem John found the wood "fencing" around the flower unit on top of our 2nd story was all rotted and some had already fallen over on the roof. So he also removed it all, bound it up and dumped it for us!! They also do all appliances, not just heating and A/C units so we'll be using him again I'm sure!
