Good reception. They were very attentive to me at various times when I went in with problems and when I wanted to change phones back and forth. They were patient and very instructive and all of that was great.

I called Verizon to see if they now offer the fios or better dsl. The wait on the phone is very long. The web page states there is service available at my location. However once I spoke with a live person, they confirmed the service is not available and there is no forecast as to when the service is available.

Meanwhile, the dsl service continues to degrade and is old technology.

We have had good luck with. We have Vios in our house. We really have had no problems. They have been very helpful. The only complaint is the wait, but with a busy business you do have to wait. But other than that they have been very helpful and answered all our questions.

I would be taking to them soon, because I am going to be changing my service. I have HPL and I am going to cancel that, because I don't use it. I am just going to change the services that they give me, not because I'm unhappy with them, it is just that I'm trying to cut down. They are very responsive. If you call them with a problem, they will come fix it right away. I've only had to deal with that once a couple of years ago.

It's just fine. I went to the store and there were several plans and this happened to be the best plan for me.

The service is very good. The internet connection is pretty fast.

Their customer service is practically illiterate. They are confused, untrained, they tell you one thing, and then they tell you the opposite of what they just told you. Trying to get through to them makes me want to hit my head against a wall. I do not recommend this company at all.

I initially had them for my phone service and then added them for my cable and internet service. I have a residential account and a business account with them. I pay about $60 for the residential accounts. I have a satellite tv. I don't have any conversations with them, just that I use the service and pay the bills. They are expensive.

We use Verizon because we don't have a choice. Verizon's service is excellent, and we will continue using them.
