Our block wall to the back yard was knocked down by a car chased by police and about 38 feet of the block wall was destroyed. Called three companies to get estimates and one of the those was Veliz Masonry. Otilio, the owner, answered and we scheduled a date and time to meet. He was on time and very polite and friendly at our estimate appointment. He was very understanding of our situation and was very professional and explained what the process would be. The next day he emailed an estimate for the job. Sometime later we were able to go ahead with the job and contacted Veliz Masonry and Otilio was available to start the repair job, we set a date and the length of the job. Otilio and his worker arrived on the job at the time he said they would start, and while on the job he and his worker were very pleasant and professional, answering questions without hesitation. Otilio completed the block wall repair on time as stated, and left the back yard area clean. The wall looks great!. Thank you Veliz Masonry for an excellent and worry free job well done. In the future we will definitely use Veliz Masonry.

Veliz brought our vision to life beautifully. My plans were incredibly detailed, down to which block faces which way, to the exact inch. We also wanted "stack bond" which is not too common and we needed the retaining wall to support a future iron wood fence with anchored steel posts. Veliz accepted all of these challenges and came through above and beyond our expectations. We couldn't have had a better experience. The workmanship was top notch. The company was always punctual, showing up exactly when they said they would, even though we were a good driving distance from their center of business. They were always prompt to respond to any question we had. When the job was over, their clean up was immaculate, as if they had never been on site at all. But what we appreciated most was that Veliz is a family-owned business. Otilio and his brother, Gerardo, are so personable and friendly, while still being completely professional. They seem to take every job in personal high regard and give careful handling, and one of them is always on site during the job. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They came out several times to help fix the concrete patches and it did look better every time but at the end it still looks pretty bad.  I appreciate them trying but wish they had a better solution.

Otilio dealt with this small job with the same attention and skill a that he and the crew provided for the earlier larger job. He

answered my questions and went out of his way to meet my needs. Otilio did excellent work and was pleasant.
