They are extremely responsive. They go way over the line to be helpful. At one time the valves of my washing machine broke and and flooded the laundry room, the bathroom and the kitchen and they not only fixed the valves but completely cleaned up all the water so that I didn't have to call some kind of damage specialist. They made sure everything was dry and there was no water damage. If you need something, they are there. They don' make you wait. They are very professional, they are very efficient and they know what they are doing. They wouldn't advice you to do something that you didn't need.

After my 89 year old mother passed I found 9 service orders for small repairs over the last 21 months and plumbing that did not work properly. I called them and asked if there was a warranty, they sent out a tech who said my Mom "over thought her pluming" and said it would take another $249. to clean the main from the roof.
I had it done by others foe $125. These guys rip old ladies off.
Re Response: Mom Was Happy ... she had dementia. I can read the dates, it was 21 months. If it were 7 years this would not have beed posted.

"This is quite a surprise to read especially with Sutton Plumbing's incredible reputation as the local plumber since 1957. I was able to pull all of the records for this customer. The mentioned work done was actually over the course of 7 years not 21 months. Each call was done as customer requested and we even put in a water heater all for less than $1200 total combined for all of the work done over the 7 years. So if $1200 for plumbing over 7 years, which included a water heater install, is "ripping old ladies off" then I do apologize that is the impression you got. This customer was actually very happy with Sutton Plumbing every time we did work for her. I do hope you would take the time to verify this information and we would be happy to show you all the invoices if you are interested. We do value all our customers and we strive to keep them happy."

put in kitchen faucet which seemed fine but it started to come apart in a few months and another plumber said some partswere upside down. This plumber came to hook up a water line to my new refrigerater and charged nothing to fix the faucet.the suttons plumber said it would cost $100.00 to take off toilet and put it back on. I didnt watch him but after he left I sawthere were black rubber rings cut up and put under base of white toilet with light colored flooring. I was very upset called himback to remove this.I had to call office to request some of my money back and they said no. There is no way he took this toilet off.I was happy with this company before and asked if it was under new management. The office person hesitated andsaId Mr. Sutton had sold the company but there were the same people. I would never use this company again

"We are very sorry for the dissatisfaction with the work done. The work performed was in 2008. The records indicate this was a brand new faucet so the "parts" referenced were installed by the manufacturer. The faucet was a brand new Moen faucet which is a very reputable company and installed by a technician that had been a plumber for 35 years. The "other" plumber may have been mistaken about the parts being upside down. We offer a 90 day warranty on all work performed. Moen would have been very responsive to one of their faucets falling apart after a few months and Sutton Plumbing would have been happy to contact Moen on the customers behalf. The toilet needed to be shimmed and while we are sorry for the appearance, the plumber did go back out and fix it so it was visually acceptable to the customer."

We have been really happy with him and recommended him to other friends who have also used him. He is a real hard worker and does a great job - we never have any trouble.
