Went well turns out that the camera was out of alignment. Chris fixed the camera, checked the door and adjusted the door opener. As usual very happy with this company. Superior installed my door and opener in 1995 and I couldn't be happier with their work then and now

I attempted to solve the problem myself the night before for approximately an hour.  I was not able to locate a reset button for the garage door opener anywhere.  After calling them, they informed me there will be a standard $83 dollar service call.  I was disappointed because I knew whatever the problem was would take maybe 5 minutes to solve once he came.  Sure enough, he was able to fix it in less than five minutes.  When I came to the garage to find out how he was able to get the garage to close he informed me that he used the "reset" button.  The same button I was looking for the previous night for over an hour.  Come to find out the "reset" button and all manual controls for the garage door opener was intentionally hidden by the contractor upon installation underneath his "service/repair" sticker.  I told him that he had hidden the hundred dollar secret!  His response, and I quote, was "yeah too many people mess with the reset button messing the garage door openers up so that is why we hide em under our stickers".  What a disgrace and a lie.  This is my garage door opener and if I break it from adjusting the controls then that is my problem to decide.  He hides the reset controls in order to gain a greater amount of $83 dollar easy service calls!  I suggest never to do business with this company.  It is the definition of a shady contractor.  How could you acknowledge hiding the evices controls from a customer that has purchased the equipment and say it is for my benefit?  Absolutely terrible!

I didn't care for them. The receptionist and some of the technicians have an attitude when they talk to you. They assume that the customer is wrong rather than giving the benefit of the doubt and being cheerful about coming out or helping.

He was prompt, courteous, told me what was wrong - did the work in less than 30 minutes.  Would recommend

I had researched various brands of garage doors. I visited this company's show room and was able to see numerous brands and see the products first hand. The sales rep was familiar with the brands and able to answer the questions I had. An on-site visit was scheduled and they showed up on time. The door was ordered and an estimated installation date set up.  They called back when the door was received and the estimated installation date was confirmed. Again, they showed up on time for installation. The door removal and installation went well and the area was cleaned up. A measurement for installation of weather stripping was off so they scheduled a return date (2 days later) for completion of weather stripping installation. Upon satisfactory completion of all work they requested final payment. The office staff and field staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.

I had got my sequence wrong and had the garage doors closed. I backed the car in accidentally. He did a very good job. I wasn't sure he was able to repair it, but he was able to repair the metal and make it work. He was very prompt in coming out because I couldn't make my garage door work. I was very happy.

Found the company on Angie's List. Called and made an appointment to get the door fixed. Mark showed up when he said he would and repaired the door.

The whole process was painless. Carmen made the appointment for the next day and said a service call could be made between 9-12 am. She called the next day a little after 9 to let me know he was on his way. Mark arrived a little after 10. He was polite and after I explained in full what was wrong, he took a look and went right to work. He was done in less than an hour. I was very happy and would recommend this company.

His estimate was cheaper then every other company I checked into. He came on time, did the work efficiently and our garage door has been working great every since. He was also a nice guy and easy to work with.

They were very precise with their work and did everything in a professional manor. The type of garage door installed was a Genie garage door opener. It works fine and I have had no problems with it. I would refer them to anyone.

SUPERIOR CAME OUT AND IN ONE DAY PUT UP THE GARAGE DOORS. ALSO REPLACED THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WITH A MORE MODERN AND UPDATED ONE. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK AT A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE. ALSO GREAT CLEAN UP AND CONSTRUCTION CREWS.

HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK WAS VERY GOOD. IT WORKS PERFECTLY. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. WE CALLED, AND HE CAME RIGHT AWAY.

I THOUGHT THAT THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. THEY MADE THE DOOR FIT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP WELL AFTERWARDS. HE WAS VERY HAPPY, THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. THEY WERE FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE. I REALLY LOVE MY NEW GARAGE DOOR. IT WORKS JUST GREAT; WAY BETTER THAN THE LAST ONE.

I LIKED THE COMPANY ITSELF. I DID NOT LIKE THE FINANCING. THE COMPANY WAS A LITTLE SHADY. THE RESPONSE TIME AND QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. THE FINANCING WAS NOT GOOD.

THEY HAVE VERY NICE PEOPLE THAT RUN THEIR COMPANY THE WAY IT SHOULD BE RAN. THE PEOPLE THAT THEY SEND OUT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND THEY GIVE YOU HELPFUL HINTS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT.

THIS COMPANY WAS PROMPT, RELIABLE AND REASONABLY PRICED COMPARED TO OTHERS I HAD CONTACTED. THEY WORKED AFTER REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
