Description of Work: I took my service van to Sunland for a blown out spark plug. They said they could fix it in a couple of days. Three days later the guy working on my van didnt show up to work because he did not have his proper paperwork to be working in Calif. They told me they would tow my van to their other store in ,I believe it was, Upland. I showed up to the Upland store and my van was not there. I called the Covina store and they towed my van to another company's shop in South El Monte without my permission. This shop had my van for another week and said they repaired it. Two weeks later my van was burning antifreeze and smoking out of the tailpipe. I took it back to Sunland and they said there was no problem. A couple weeks later i took it back for the same problem and they drove it to South El Monte again. The shop in S. El Monte said I had a cracked intake manifold. They "replaced "it with a new intake manifold and I had to pick it up from S El Monte when it was finished , in a week ! the same problem happened in a couple days with it burning coolant and smoking. I took my van to Chino Automotive Services in Chino Calif, and they took the intake manifold off . They showed it to me and it was obvious that it was the original manifold.The S. Elmonte shop insalled the original manifold with new gaskets and billed me for a new one. Chino Auto installed a new manifold and my van has been great since. I contacted Sunland and they refuse to do anything for me so I have to sue them and the shop in S. El Monte.

Description of Work: I brought my work van into them to find out what was wrong with the engine. (Ford E-350 Super duty). They said my spark plug blew out of the head. The could fix it in two days. Three days later they said they couldn't fix it at their shop so the shipped my van to a shop they sub out large work to. One and a half weeks later I got my van back and it seemed fine until two months later. My van started smoking and they said that it was because the head gasket was no good because the van overheated. This van never overheated so now after not having my van for another week I am fighting with them about who pays for the work.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
