Exceptional experience! From start to finish the process was stress free. The employees exude professionalism and they take great pride in their work. We've worked with this company on two separate occasions. In 2011 a water supply line disintegrated behind a wall. I came home from a wedding to find my floors throughout my home soaked. Straight Arrow removed all the damage flooring and installed beautiful laminate flooring. We spent total of $4300.00. My husband and I were so impressed we hired Straight Arrow 2 years later when another incident with water in a remodeled bathroom required installation of new flooring throughout our home. We requested the same employees who completed work in 2011 but they were not available. We did not have the same experience but when we brought our concerns to the owner he immediately took steps to correct the problems. In the end we were satisfied and happy with the work that was done. The total for the second install was $8000, we upgraded to a beautiful hardwood floor. Pricing was very reasonable and fair.

They gave a good deal and they did personal service. They gave several options for the floor. I had an issue with one of the flooring that I had to call in to warranty and they contacted the company and actually replace the floor under warranty. I would highly recommend them. The person that owns the shop and the people that work there are very professional and helpful. It's a small business in my area.

We later met with him in his location off of Grand (Not Grand and Arrow but further South of that). They were able to put together a great porposal; however, they were unable to provide the exact cabinet doors that I was looking for. They have a great selection of cabinets and stone as well as porcelain tile. Their price was also very reasonable. I would use them in the future.

I wish that my home was larger so that I could hire Steve and his crew from Straight Arrow to do more work for me! This is without doubt the absolute best experience I have ever had with a contractor of any kind. The staff (not subs) are consummate professionals. Their work is efficient and meticulous. I am in love with my new floors. I feel like I have a new house. I have recommended them to all my family and friends who are looking into new flooring. My floors are an advertisement for their amazing work.

I had a very good experience with them. Everything was excellent. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that they haven’t come back. They were supposed to come back and look at one little spot that we wanted them to look at. They told us that they would come back, but they haven’t returned. They were affordable, professional and courteous. The floors look wonderful.

THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A VERY COMPETITIVE BID ON THE JOB. THEY DID A VERY NEAT JOB WITH THE CARPETING. THEY DID MY ENTIRE HOUSE FOR A REASONABLE COST.
