Pioneer's technician found a crack in one of the segments of the door and reinforced it with a strut. He lubricated and adjusted the track and rollers, and now it works fine.

The removal and replacement went smoothly with no issue. He installed new Marantec opener, installed the weatherstripping and showed me some basic maintenance. Have recommended Pioneer Door to several friends and relatives.

Great! It was a simple maintenance issue and Spencer was able top handle it quickly and thoroughly. Didn't need to replace anything, just tune it up. All of it was covered under the service charge. They were quick to respond and pleasant to speak with --will use them again!

The garage door was making a really bad noise when it was opening and closing, and you could only get it open manually. They were like, top-notch quality. Everything was great. They were terrific, a godsend really. They were really, really fabulous.

Pioneer responded back to my online inquiry very quickly and then sent someone the next day. They were able to give me an idea of the cost, which was competitive (maybe better, actually because the other company was quoting like for like) over the phone. Jared completed the work then greased all the squeaky parts leaving the door better/quieter than before! He even called me afterwards to let me know he had completed the work at my parents home.

Fantastic; I'd give them an A+ if I could! Kim, who answered my call, was understanding and located a technician come out and perform the repairs that same morning. Ryan, the technician, was knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond. Not only did he repair it quickly, he also lubricated all hinges, rollers and springs, and adjusted the door such that it operates better then it did before the unfortunate incident.

All four springs were replaced, hardware checked, lubed and tested for adjustment and operation. Spencer was prompt and professional. Actual time for the job took less than 15 minutes. Will call on them in the future if service is needed.

I called more than a few places around where I live and came upon Pioneer Door. They were awesome from the start. They were able to make time for me that day....when others could not. They were straight forward with me from moment I told them what the issue was. They told me it sounded as though my door needed to be repaired.....some of the other companies already on the phone telling me more than likely I need to replace the entire door. I spoke to Kim who I believe is their schedule manager and she was able to get me the right time, which was ASAP. She was very knowledgeable and caring. Jared who showed up on time did the repairs was honest, hard working, and trustworthy (I asked that he close the garage door when he was finished) . He took care of the problem and it didn't cost me much at all. Bottom line, Pioneer Door is a hard working honest company and their employees reflect it. Save yourself the time and use them.

Recently, Alan and his company Pioneer Door, Inc. replaced our garage door and we couldn't be happier. Not only was the price very reasonable (we did our due diligence and received several quotes before deciding) but the service was excellent! Shortly after visiting, Alan provided a very organized and professional itemized quote. Then, after deciding to go with Pioneer Door, Inc. his office staff provided very useful education about the different openers and timing of installation, etc. After hearing about the attributes of each type of garage door opener, we decided on a different one than was included in the original estimate. We couldn't be happier with it now so I'm grateful to Alan's staff for taking the time to explain the details. Lastly, on the day of installation, the installer (Rick) was on time, courteous, clean, and did a great job putting the new door in. Overall, we are extremely happy with our new door, especially how quiet it is now. And working with Alan and his team was a very pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Alan and his company to any of my friends, family, and/or review readers, you will not be disappointed

All of the people I worked with were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was given all the information I needed to decide which choices were best for me and the price was reasonable compared to others I had researched. The installation went smoothly and I am very pleased with the result. I also asked them to replace the springs to the door, and after a day, one set began to twist and clank. The came out immediately, made the necessary adjustments and everything is working fine. They stand by their work and are prompt with their service.
