From the start of the project Juvenal was very professional. He has an easy going personality that made it very easy to work with him. He was very accommodating with few small changes that pop up. His crew members were professional and very polite. Cost was very important to my husband and I and thus, we requested several quotes. His was the most reasonable price and it did not compromise the quality of work. We highly recommend Mission Concrete.

Starting from getting a quote, Juvenal was very responsive. He listed to what we want to be done, and come over to scope the work as promised. His price was very reasonable compared to several other companies that we quoted from. He is even willing to work out a payment plan for us! When the work started, he was on site to make sure things go accordingly. His crew was professional, always on-time, and they do not mess around with the work. They were very good, even when Juvenal is not there to supervise. The work was completed in less 2 weeks. We asked for them to finish within 14 days, and they were done within 12 days!! The job was done beautifully and the result was better than what we had expected. We will definitely work with Mission Concrete again, and we highly recommend them!

I have used Mission Concrete three time. Each time, I was very satisfied with the result: pavers on driveway and patio and flagstones on a previous lawn area. I highly recommend Mission Concrete.

Juvenal was very responsive. His work schedule allowed for work to begin within 1 day. Initially I was just having my existing concrete driveway replaced. However, I asked Juvenal to provide an additional quote for demo & removal of a large area of concrete in my back yard and placement of pea gravel. The price was very reasonable so his team performed that work as well with a beautiful result. All the work was completed in 3 days as promised. I highly recommend Mission Concrete for a stress-free experience, excellent work, with affordable pricing.

Mr. Sanchez was prompt, polite and knowledgable. He completed the work a day early and was available when the city inspector came to sign the inspection record. I would recommend him to friends and family. If we need any concrete work done in the future we will definitely call on him.

Juvenal and his crew were efficient and got the job done in a timely matter. The pavers made my backyard standout. The price was pretty competitive with the other contractors. I got higher quotes from non license and license contractors. At the end I give Mission Concrete the contract and they did not dissapoint. Backyard looks great with the new pavers!

He failed to show up at the agreed upon date and time; no call, no word at all.

It took them longer than expected to complete the job but the quality of finished was good.

Everything was well prepared and competed without any problems. Compared to other estimates, they were affordable!

I had another contractor not show up on the day I had all of the block being delivered. In a panic I called Mission and got Juvenal on the phone. I told him what was going on and hoped he could help. Luckily him and his crew were very accommodating and made it out the same day. They were able to complete the job from start to finish in one day. Even though it was late in the day they took the time to clean up all the trash and dust from cutting the brick. I was truly amazed that they came out on such short notice and did a great job on the install. Worth every cent and then some. Highly recommend them!!!

The foreman that gave me a quote cancelled our meeting the first day and then came 2 hours late for the second appointment to give me a quote. He did explain how things would be done and how long it would take. Concrete came out nice. Not perfect but good for the price.

Juvenal Sanchez and his crew provided us an excellent service with quality workmanship throughout the entire construction and scope of services . He provided us with a reasonable and fair cost proposal for the entire work including additional scope that was added during construction. Some people around my neighborhood was impressed with his work and would stop-by in front of my house to compliment his work. We highly recommend Mission Concrete and for a job well done.

Unbelievably well. Mission concrete took the most time during the estimate, explained what the current issues were and how they would correct, and explained the entire process in detail. They gave us the best information, and were the lowest of three bids. The crew was respectful of my family and property, completed the work efficiently and ahead of schedule. The finished product looks amazing. Couldn't have chosen a better company to complete the work. I highly recommend Mission Concrete.

Juvenal came and did the estimate and was very detailed about how the job would be graded for esthetics and water runoff from rains and fitting in with the shape and size of the house. Took a lot of time to give us a project that worked within our budget and that would look good. He great ideas about advising me on how to design the patio and what kind of pavers to use. I asked him what could we do to make just plain concrete look good and he worked with me to come up with the paver bands around the pool and driveway. It tied everything together as the patio was going to be pavers so it all worked together beautifully. His crew showed up everyday right on time and worked non stop until late afternoon and it was during a heat wave. They worked very hard all day long. They are knowledgeable regarding their projects and very professional. Juvenal oversaw the project, coming every day to see the progress and to work with us on little changes that we wanted done. He also helped us with suggestions to make the job actually turn out better and then made sure his crew knew exactly what was changing and how to make it happen. Juvenal's word is worth gold....if he tells you he can do this or will be there at this time,etc. he will make sure it happens. He clearly really loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. He also likes to get his hands dirty as well. He gave us a really beautiful job at a great price and completely transformed my property from the driveway all the way back to my backyard patio and pool. I am already planning to have him come back and do some front walk work later.

I got 3 estimates, one from a guy my primary contractor had used and thought was reasonably priced and did good work, one from another Angie's list provider who seemed reasonably priced and had high ratings, and one from Mission Concrete.? When Juvenal came to do the estimate he suggested several things that nobody else pointed out - (a) the size we were proposing for the landing out of the back door would not have centered the door on the landing, it needed to be 1 ft wider, and?(b) thickening the driveway concrete anywhere it bordered landscaping because with the loose dirt to the side and the weight of the cars, the edge of the concrete would have a tendency to try to sink and could also crack more easily, and (c) we needed to remove a couple of adjacent small (3X3) concrete pads and repour because the color of the 100 year old concrete would not have matched or looked right adjacent to the new..? Not only did the other contractors not notice or suggest these things, when the bids came in Mission Concrete was also less expensive by $1-3,000.?So we really felt like we got more thoughtful work at a better price.? They came when they said they would, they were done sooner than they said they would be done, and they left no mess.? During the job Juvenal would call each evening to let us know what to expect the next day.? He ultimately decided we would be better off with a slightly higher psi than we contracted for but made that adjustment at no extra cost, so we didn't feel nickeled and dimed like we did with other contractors during the course of our larger project.? I highly recommend this company. I should also note that this bid (and all the bids, so they were equal in this way) were a couple thousand more expensive as we wanted a top cast finish that looked more like older concrete, if not for that the price would have been closer to $15K.

I really couldn't be happier with them. We've been wanting to get new concrete along one side of the house and various other areas. Mission concrete did an amazing job for an amazing price. Everything was graded and sloped the way I asked to help with water drainage especially during this rainy season. They also were able to do stamped concrete in two areas that I had requested. The concrete looks great and added so much to the house. Juneval is very professional, he's also a genuinely good guy, the kind of person whom I would invite over for dinner. Absolutely would recommend 100%. I'm essentially giving them a perfect score.

The work was done very professionally. They removed unneeded soil and removed plants which I wanted removed. Good cleanup. Would use again.

Mission Concrete is definitely one of the best service providers that I have used on Angies List. Juvenal of Mission Concrete is fantastic and knew exactly what we wanted right from the get go. Other contractors attempted to talk me out of what I actually wanted but not Juvenal. He and his crew were prompt and professional in every aspect and I felt comfortable during the whole project. His workers have so much pride in what they build and it really shows. I am extremely happy with the finished product and felt that I received a good price for the work completed. We will definitely hire them again!

Everything went wonderful. The crew was polite, efficient, clean and I cannot say anything but good things about them. When they first started I changed some plans and they were very upfront and helpful with the pricing and laid out the extra cost. It came out gorgeous. The decorative joint work in the driveway looks beautiful. I highly recommend them to anybody. I feel very comfortable as a woman hiring them.
