Marathon HVAC Service Inc

I called Marathon on a hot summer afternoon because my A/C compressor was not starting up. The woman who answered and took my information was quite pleasant, and we made the appointment for 3pm the next day. The next day, she called in the morning to confirm the appointment and tell me who to expect. Sometime around 1:30pm, she called to let me know that the tech was running late at his then-current job and would arrive about 30 minutes later than expected. The tech did arrive a little before 4pm and quickly set to work. He was efficient and clearly explained to me what he was doing. I have a technical background and was curious about A/C and had lots of questions. He engaged me in friendly conversation; at no time did I feel he was forced or talking down to me. Before he left, he told me how much the visit would cost and that Marathon would invoice me for the work. The invoice arrived a couple of weeks afterwards, and was within $5 of the amount given.

Ray at Marathon was so helpful. He helped trouble shoot some existing problem we had with our ould system so they would not re-appear in the new system. They replaced all our ducting, relocated and re-sized the vents in all rooms. We did the install in fazes due to a hoem addition. He even came back later and re-balanced the vents. Amazing experience.

It went very well. Marathon was a subcontractor of the main contractor. We had to fire the main contractor midway through, however, Marathon stayed on to complete their work. There were some hiccups, but most of that could easily be attributed to the main contractors mismanagement and bad communication. Marathon did a great job, are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job. The company was very responsible and the workers were very cordial. I am thrilled with them. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They cleaned everything up well.

I feel that Marathon was extremely professional. They came as scheduled, did their job and did it well. I also thought the price was really good. Actually, they were unbeatable in that area. It was a good experience and I would recommend them.

I received 3 bids to do this work & Marathon was the lowest bid by quite a bit. I checked Angie's List & even though there was only 1 previous report for Marathon, it was positive, so I hired them. Ray Martinez, our representative, was very pleasant, a total professional & always available and responsive, both by cell phone & email. They were available to start quickly, they finished the job on time (2 days), they cleaned up & they even did a few extra things that we requested without charging any additional fees. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received & with the system they installed. I highly, highly recommend them.

THEY CAME OUT, GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, AND STUCK TO IT. THEY DID THE WORK ON TIME. WE WERE VERY PLEASED. THEY WERE TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND STUCK TO IT.
