Joe did a fine job installing the detectors and the other tasks. He fully tested the units to show that any one alarm would trigger the others for maximum safety.

While in the attic routing the wiring, he noticed one of my air ducts was pulled loose at a connection. He repaired with hi temp duct tape.

The work was done quickly and efficiently and I am very satified with the result. I always use Keystone for my electrical work.

quoted me 80 to install a outlet under the sink. found out i also needed his service to wire my tankless heater. end up spending 360. the walls were open and he tap the line for the outlet. wire my tankless to the electrical panel, the wall was also open and the panel was next to it. he installed an outlet under my bathroom sink and he didnt put in the GFI outlet.

Joe came on a Sunday as the temperature was in the 90's. He verified that the compressor was OK then checked the force air system. He found a bad electronics control module. He came back the next day with a new module and fan now blows cold air. However as he checked the vents, it was discovered that some of the downstairs vents were barely working. He went in attic and found some of the ducting had become disconnected at the joints. He fixed them quickly.

I talked to contractor over the phone and gave him my list of items. After discussion of items, I told him to come out to house and be prepared to perform the work. He did a very neat and professional job. His installation of the security light was indicative of his professional expertise. He placed it high enough on the wall to be secure but care was taken to set the sensitivity to avoid false alarms as to not annoy the neighbor. He did a thorough checkout of the breaker panel to find the problem with the air conditioner breaker. He replaced the breaker but placed it in a new location on the bus bars to avoid the bad spot (pitting) caused by the bad breaker. He cleaned and tightened all connections in the panel when he found some of them loose.
