We have relied upon Julian's expertise and service for years but this was our biggest project for which we had ever needed plumbing services. Julian and his employee arrived right on time at 9am, and once I walked them through all the projects for the day, they got right to work. They worked straight through the day, barely stopping to eat. I ran to Lowe's midday for some extra parts they recommended I get for the job. They stayed until almost 9pm that evening to finish everything AND to walk me through how to use and maintain our new faucets (we had chosen the new Delta touch-on/touch-off faucets, so the tutorial was appreciated). The master bath faucet install had ended up quite challenging thanks to our home-builder's construction techniques, but Julian and his colleague kept at it until they had figured out the problem. A week later, as I was using the kitchen sink and faucet around 8pm, I plugged it up somehow so I called Julian's work number expecting to leave a message for him to call in the morning (and resigned to no sink use all night). To my surprise, Julian answered himself, and in a patient and accommodating tone asked me to explain the problem. I did, and he said, "Why don't you try this trick first before we schedule a service call that will call you in the range of $80." I agreed and he explained what I should do and told me to call him back afterwards and let him know how it went. My husband and I did as he suggested, and it fixed the problem! I called him back, thanking him profusely, and he replied that he was glad he could help over the phone. My husband and I have called upon Julian for years for our home plumbing issues, and we have found him to be not only a smart, dedicated, knowledgeable, creative and superb plumber, but also a patient, understanding, pleasant personality who will take the time to explain all the relevant issues to a homeowner, recommend options and educate the homeowner in layman's terms so that we can take better care of our home plumbing systems. He will always go the extra mile to do the job in the best way (as long as you okay the cost) and to explain why he is doing it. I really can't recommend him more highly for any home plumbing work that arises.
