Haney's Landscape Maintenance

I deal with him by phone. He hires gardeners that he sends out weekly to do our gardening and when we need anything like any landscaping or planting, we ask him to do it. He doesn't do it himself but he's the one who coordinates that. The cost depends on what he's doing. It was $650 the last time. He's very reliable. He works with me to get the right things in for me (things I'm looking for) and they're very timely in getting things done.

All of the landscaping and changes to repair the back yard went well. I am very happy with Paul's design and suggestions and the job that Haney's did. Now I am going to have Haney's do additional sprinkler correction and repair in my front yard . I knew that there were a lot problems with my existing system. I just did not know how to correct it. Paul checked all of the sprinklers and stations and suggested how to correct the existing system and save a lot of water. Also, he pointed out that because water was hitting my house so much that it could do damage and perhaps even cause mold. I really appreciate that he pointed this out. I am a Senior, single lady and I was unaware of this potential problem!

Went very well. We were happy with the job he did at my business location and he came back out at no charge to check on the planters and see how everything was coming along. Very friendly. He knows his stuff! The landlord has since turned one of the planters into a concrete bench for outdoor seating, but the plants were wonderful until that point.

they are quite thorough in making our yard look clean and maintained as they come here twice a month. I once had requested for some specific overgrown bushes to be trimmed as they were not doing it on their own. They took some more prodding when they still did not take care of it. Also, recently I talked to their point man about cleaning out weeds on front hillside and installing some wood chip ground cover for an island of land that is just dirt. They cleared the growth by weed wacking and nothing more. This was all done verbally with no proposal written out. About two months later they billed me for the ground cover part of the job which still had not been done, I notified them and did not pay that portion of the bill. There seems to be some communication issues they have with their workers and they seem to work best as a set maintenance routine. I admit, I have not been after them and will let them know what I plan to do with or without them.

Though difficult, the job was accomplished in 5 hours and an additional hour later in the day to test the system and put everything back in place. Everything, including the clean-up, was handled in a professional manner and I felt the price was very fair, especially knowing what plumbing companies would charge for the same service.

This is probably the best thing we've ever had done in our small complex. The company rep was very helpful in explaining the benefits of french drains vs. other types of drainage systems, and we can't be happier! Very prompt, work was done quickly and everyone was easy to deal with.

They were very efficient. They came when they said they would, and finished the job quickly. In doing the work, they found a problem with some underground water, and had to add a deeper subsurface drain and than originally was needed. By installing these drains, I no longer have the problem with flooding on my lawn that I had before. I am very happy with the job they did.
