The person who took the appointment was very courteous and we were told that the technician would be here @ 9:00 a.m. We called at 9:30 and told that the tech would arrive soon. He actually arrived closer to 10:00 a.m. We were told that the service call would be $69, but were not quoted a price for the work. The tech was here for 10 minutes and we were charged the service fee plus $80. The reason we used this company was they had a good rating with Angie's list and were less expensive than another local locksmith. The tech was not very friendly and fixed the problem but we were very surprised when we were told the total cost of the service call and the cost of fixing the lock.

THE LOCKSMITH ARRIVED ON TIME AND BEGAN WORKING ON THE FRONT DOORS. HE REMOVED THE OLD LOCK AND DOOR HANDLES AND INSTALLED A NEW DEAD BOLT AND TWO NEW DOOR HANDLES.

I CALLED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THAT AFTERNOON. THEY WERE PROMPT, CLEAN AND FAST. THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED. IT WAS A VERY EASY THING TO HAVE DONE.
