When I first contacted Steve he set up an appointment to come out and see us to sit down with us and get a general look of the property, he showed up on time, and was prepared. After speaking to us he then sent out Kevin to get measurements of the property, once the measurements were in Steve then presented us with two different design options. Once we made the changes to fit what we wanted, Steve and Kevin began getting everything ready to submit to the City for review for approval on the permit. Everything with the City went very smoothly and quickly. Once the city approved the plans they then went to engineering, and that also was very quick. Overall they experience as a consumer has been a breeze, Steve and Kevin did everything, the only thing we had to do was approve the designs. Very easy process and get people to work with.
Description of Work: We are doing an addition to our home so we needed plans drawn up, plans got drawn up also got a design for some remodeling in the home, as well as engineering.
