Using new main line inspection port, the problem was resolved quickly

I was very satisfied with the work performed by Corey and the plumbers from Courtesy Plumbing. The price was reasonable, all appointments were met on time, clean-up was performed after their work, and the patching of the many holes in walls was top-notch. You can rely on Corey to make the job right and personally manage the work.

It went well. They scheduled quickly and the person on the phone was pleasant. They were punctual and got the job done quickly.

Thom the plumber was very knowledgable and very efficient in replacing the water heater. He was very friendly and explained very throughly on how to use the water heater after the installation. I am very satisfied and happy with the overall experience dealing with Thom. I will be requesting Thom for any future plumbing work.

Great job Rick...part 2.  The guy does great work.  He put in a new water heater, yesterday, for our family and did a great job of keeping the mess to a minimum.  As much as I like the guy, I'm hoping I don't see him for another 12-15 years!

I found Courtesy Plumbing on Angie's List and the reviews were very positive, so I called this morning to set up an appt. They had an appt. available at 10a and Thom arrived right on time. He fixed the problems with the bathtub shower and explained what he was doing as he worked. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. We will definitely call him again when future plumbing problems arise.

In detail, Rick determined that the condensation drainage plumbing had been improperly installed and also possibly the reservoir pump might be intermittently faulty.  He recommended that the wet carpet and pad be taken up and replaced.  At the end, he said that there would be no charge because he wasn't able to repair the problem (that's what HVAC guys are supposed to be for, of course).  
Now THAT'S the kind of customer service that makes you remember to call THIS company the next time a plumber is needed. Courtesy Plumbing is in my e-Contacts with a star!  Thank you Courtesy Plumbing and thank you Rick for your courtesy, consideration and professionalism.

Rick was on time and professional.  He diagnosed the problem, had the parts, provided estimate and fixed it without delay.... Left the shower dry and clean... Explained everything as he was doing it...

This is not the first time I've called Courtesy Plumbing, and will definitely not be the last.  The plumbers they send are top notch, they give all the information I need to understand what it is they are doing and why.  They are courteous, respectful of the home.  This is the 2nd time Rick has come to service the plumbing (the first time was in November to replace the garbage disposal).  He remembered my name, remember the house and remembered the job.  When he shows up at the house, he looked at the water heater, determined it needed replacing.  He immediately called his supplier to make sure they had one in stock and that they would remain open long enough to have it delivered (it was 5PM in the afternoon).  He then removed the old tank, replaced all the pipe and hose that was damaged, and installed the new one.  He thanked me numerous times for the business.
The work is perfect and I'm looking forward to getting many years of work out of the new water heater.
If there had to be a point of concern, it would be price.  I'm a renter at this property and when I called the landlord to approve the work, he said the price seemed high, but he understood it had to be replaced and he was out of town and unable to come himself.  I couldn't tell you if the price is high for parts and labor, but I know the work is done right.

I had ordered a new water-saving Toto toilet from Amazon, which had arrived a week earlier.   I called on a Friday and made an appointment with Courtesy Plumbing to show up the following Monday.  Dustin showed up on time, and quickly got to work removing the old toilet. No problem there, and he then unboxed the new toilet and installed it.  He had to install shims to level the new toilet, check it for leaks, and then sealed the base with caulk. Dustin cleaned up everything, leaving the bathroom spotless.  He took away the old toilet, and the cardboard box that the new toilet was shipped in.  The whole process took about 90 minutes. We have used Courtesy Plumbing in the past for a variety of plumbing issues, including a broken main.  They have always done an outstanding job, and no difference on this one!

We've used Courtesy Plumbing for various services over the past 6+ years, and we've always had a great experience with them. I was recommended to Courtesy Plumbing by the local plumbing fixture store several years ago who had, at the time, indicated Courtesy mainly installed new fixtures; yet, I now know they offer a wide range of services.  I recently saw them on Angie's List and wanted to let everyone know how wonderful they are.
I feel like they're our "neighborhood" plumber, and they know us.  They're very professional.  The guys will pick up the toilet / faucets from the local plumbing fixture store (a huge convenience).   They remove their shoes when they come in.   They're always on time on a half-hour to hour window, and they make an effort to work with me on my schedule.   I have not used them for emergency services.   

I had problems with another plumber who didn't want to do a small project.  I explained what I needed to Courtesy Plumbing and it couldn't have gone better.  They were professional and polite.  They had all of the correct equipment with them when they arrived.  The work was completed in a timely fashion.  I was provided detailed explanation of the work they did and other work that I might need but there was no pressure to do the work right then.

It has been a good experience. It was an emergency situation where something had burst so I did not really get the time to get quotes from anyone else but the price seemed reasonable as far as I knew. They managed to come out and managed to squeeze me in where as some of the companies that I had called had no availability until the next week. They were able to come out within a few hours and started working immediately. The technician was very thorough in explaining things to me.

I sent a late evening email to Courtesy Plumbing listing the plumbing problems that needed repair ASAP.  I received a return phone call from their office to set-up an appointment, she was helpful, friendly and very nice.  



Joe and Matt, uniformed professional men arrived on time and went to work.  I explained one of the problems to Joe, he knew what was wrong right away, while I was still talking he did this & that and it was fixed. Joe sees the problem and knows how to fix it.  While showing Joe and Matt the various jobs needing to be done they explained what the problem was and how it would be fixed. They answered all my questions and were friendly and patient when I ask them all over again!



Joe, Matt and Cory came back a few days later after I purchased the kitchen sink faucet I wanted installed and to attend to our long list of plumbing problems. 



Cory worked on the kitchen faucet, spray hose, adapters, over flow pipes hoses this and that on the sink and under the sink in the cabinet. He fixed the mess of hoses from the dishwasher that was under the sink, everything was beautiful.



Joe and Matt were upstairs working on the bathrooms, drains and caulking. Then Joe was back in the kitchen with Cory finishing up. Everything is gorgeous and best of all everything works!



There were several plumbing problems that Joe, Matt and Cory took care of without  drama or expensive repairs, special orders and extended hours that other plumbers said were necessary. They completed the work without confusion or problems, they are pros who know what they are doing and will fix the problem.  And last but not  least;  Joe, Matt and Cory are nice guys.
