Branson Sash & Door Co

These guys are great!  They came out and measured and showed up our options for new windows.  They have a showroom in Covina on Badillo near Downtown Covina.  We went in and picked out a window style that we liked.  Double paned glass and energy efficient.  Jeff from Branson Sash & Door removed and hauled away all of our old windows and installed a total of 14 windows in different sizes and shapes.  He did a wonderful job and the look of new windows give my house a nice refreshed look!  Jeff also installed baseboard moldings for me around the interior of the house!  I will totally use them again, and in fact, I plan to have them do my new front door very soon!

So disappointed. Used them before and wanted to use a small business owner. Told owner we had a break-in and she said they would expedite the order. The door was suppose to be installed 3/21.  When we called to confirm, owner said the door was not there, she never bothered calling.   When it was installed on 3/25, the lock was not what we ordered and the outside knob was upside down. After they fixed the top lock on April 10th, the installers said they would be back that day in a few hours. but they never came or called. Then we discovered the door would not lock at all. We had to call the next day and when I requested someone else come out, the owner argued with me and said there was no-one else. Finally on April 12th, the owners husband came out and fixed the knob. The installation was 2 weeks longer than stated when we bought door, but we were inconvenienced while waiting for them to come to get it right.

I called Monday morning, two days before installation, to check that the door had arrived and to ask about bringing in my keys.  I left a message since Suzanne was not in the office.  I had not heard back by Tuesday afternoon, so I called again.  She said she never got my message.  She also said that it was unnecessary to bring in the keys because the locks could be rekeyed on site. 
Although the workmen had to do a bit of sawing and sanding to fit the frame into the space, the installation looked very good and the door opened and closed much more smoothly than the previous door.  At no charge they also installed a raised threshold that would prevent water from flowing under the door and would instead divert water into the adjacent flower bed.  When they were just about through, they said that the deadbolt lock could not be rekeyed and they had to take my house key back to the office to have the lock changed.  Within an hour they returned and the job was complete.  We have not had any major rains to test the fiberglass, but it has since been painted, looks good and all is working beautifully.

Overall the entire job with Bransons ran smoothly.  A couple of glitches due to what they found when tearing out the old, but kept us completely informed the entire course of the project..  My pet pieve in any job is comunication,  not a  problem  with Bransons in this area.           

 The owner was more than willing to meet with us anytime to go over any details or questions.

We have used other Co. and the big box stores in the past for remodeling, what a JOKE!!!.  No communication, cheap materials, sloppy workmanship, never on time, term of project always drug out!!!!!!

The work was excellent. They are currently working on a third job for me. Their follow up is excellent. I would highly recommend them to others.

Overall, it was great! They are very personable, very reliable and they adjusted very well to my schedule. They even cleaned up everything!

My expirence with Branson Sash & Door was made easier by Suzanne the sales person.  She helped me decide what I wanted and the made sure that's what I got.  Their installer Hecotor did a beautiful job of installing my patio doors and windows.  I had other contractors working at my home at the time, Bransons was the only one that put back everything they had to move back where it was and completely cleaned up after themselves.  I am having them back to do all my interior doors and closet doors this summer.

I have used this vendor three times. Danny first came over to help with an emergency situation. The power had gone out and I had potential buyers coming by in less than 6 hours. He found the problem right away and fixed it. He also took time on that Sunday afternoon (I am sure he was on call) to help me put some fixtures and receptacles back together that the first electrician I called had left open. Danny was a God send that day. The second time I called him it was to replace an electrical service box as a condition of my home sale, the work was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. Finally I had Danny put in some new receptacles and bring some areas of my home up to code. He had an exceptional hourly rate and the work was excellent. He was very polite and worked the entire time. The work was completed very quickly. All permits and other red tape were taken care of and officials who came to look at Danny's work approved everything. I would gladly hire Danny again.

I got them off of Angies List and am happy with the how the doors look and operate. The new fiberglass doors replaced old wood doors. I am pleased with the service and installation. The doors were a little pricey but very nice.

A SPECIAL ORDER DOOR TAKES LONGER TO BUILD, BUT THIS DOOR WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT. 6 WEEKS, BUT IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH BRANSON SASH & DOOR FROM THE FIRST TIME I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME SELECT THE RIGHT WINDOW. FROM ORDERING THE WINDOWS TO HAVING THEM INSTALLED, WE WERE VERY HAPPY with them.
