We first have some doubt when two people showed up on a pickup truck about an hour late. But they explained that this day they only pressure wash the house and remove any lose material, which they did in a few hours then the next day arrived promptly and they completed the sanding and scraping. They called us and informed that during this process they discovered a few bad part of wood require replacement and if we want they to do it will cost an extra $100. We agreed and next day they did the work than painted the walls. It came out nice, Good quality without any mess. Then last they finished the trims. Precise not required extra touch up at the end. During this process we asked to paint an exterior door and replace a other small portion of the wood trim, which was not matched with the rest. They did it without extra charge. Finally they cleaned up and left the place in order.
We liked the and recommend to other people, because they not try to jack up the agreed price, nor pushing for unnecessary work to be done fort extra money..
