Richard is highly recommended by me for home inspection. He was very responsive, professional, and punctual. He answered all our questions (and there were many of them) with patience and a smile. I felt he was thorough, and forthcoming in his assessment of the property we needed inspecting, but he was also clear on areas that would require more inspection by say a plumber who could really access an underground sewer line with a camera. He'll tell you upfront what his inspection will cover if you know the questions to ask (or maybe if you don't know). He was also very quick with his report; I got it within 24 hours. Again, highly recommended, and I would use again.

I had concerns about the purchase of one home and Richard's report allowed me to make a practical decision and not an emotional decision.
