Service is great. I could not be any happier now that I am staying cool with this horrible weather.

This company did a marvelous job. I even wrote to the CEO giving my accolades for a job well done. The installation was problematic because the furnace cabinet had to be expanded. However, this company actually resolved the cabinet concern without issues. I was very impressed. Furthermore they maintained a very clean worksite, to the point where I couldn't find anything to clean up after they left.

This company is a sub contractor for another major company. When the company left after the installation, the lights on the left side of my house were not working. I called Argo who said I would probably need a new breaker box. I hired an electrician to come out who said Argo left all of the wire hanging and didn't reconnect them. The electrician wired everything back together and the lights came on. I tested the a/c and wasn't getting cold air coming out of the vents. Argo came back to discover that the heating unit is not compatible with the a/c unit they installed. The owner of Argo said they should have noticed that because it says it right on the machine. Argo only came out because I hired an electrician who caught the error they made. They did fixed the problem but this should not have never happened.
