Mortgage Companies
Forgot to pay mothers taxes, late fees accrued, and Service Provider forgot to pay late fees. According to service provider, state of CA did NOT cash check property taxes check immediately, so service provider assumed state lost check, and so they cancelled the check. At that point, state of CA cashed cancelled check. Due to cancelled check being cashed, mother is getting notices, and service provider is claiming they sent another check, but no proof of another check being sent.
