Property Appraisal
His report was very detailed. Even though this report was for the loan company, he provided me with preliminary information so I could start work on what was needed to bring the house up to par. His office was very willing to accommodate my schedule. I really like the fact that he said during one of our meetings - I really want to help Veterans when I can. He was professional and friendly.

Property Appraisal
HE ARRIVED ON TIME. WE WALKED TO SPACE TO BE VALUED, AND INTO THE GARAGE, AND ON THE ROOF. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG, AND A FEW DAYS LATER HE EMAILED ME WITH THE RESULTS. A HARD COPY CAME IN THE MAIL.
